What if my VA isn't the right fit?

You get a free re-match in the first 14 days, no questions asked. After that, you can request a re-match anytime — your account manager handles it. Most clients stay with their original VA for 12+ months.
What happens when my VA is sick or on holiday?

Backup is built in. When your VA is unavailable, a trained backup who's familiar with your account steps in. You don't lose a day of coverage. This is the single biggest reason clients pick us over freelance marketplaces.
Do I need to write SOPs or training docs?
